IHI's Triple Aim Initiative is leading a new call series called Co-Creating Health which builds off of previous work from a Socially Complex call series. We’ll be discussing ways that we can partner with people using health care services to learn from them what their goals are, what services can help them reach those goals, and we’ll explore ways to leverage individuals skills/insights/recommendations in our service design efforts.

Please join us for discussions on Co-Creating Health on the second Tuesday of the month at 11am ET/ 8am PT:  8/10/10; 9/14/10; 10/12/10; 11/9/10

About 5 minutes before the call, log on to: http://ihi.webex.com/
Click on the Training Center Tab, Look for the Triple Aim Call that you are interested in joining.

-Click on the JOIN NOW link to the right of the session.

-You will then be asked to enter your email address and your NAME (Please also enter in what organization you are from).

-Your screen will adapt for a few minutes while the session is getting set up on your computer.

- A grey pop-up box will appear - You’ll want to select “I will call in” from the drop down box.

- More information regarding the phone number, the session number, and your specific attendee ID number will appear.

- Please remember to enter in all three, otherwise you will have to hang up and dial back in.

- If you will be joining only by phone: Dial 1-866-469-3239, and the session number that is provided to you via IHI.
