Live in the Roaring Fork Region of Colorado? Join your neighbors as they fan out across the city to find and survey the most vulnerable homeless people on the streets. The data gathered through this effort will give local community groups critical information that will help them catalyze systems change and begin housing members of the Roaring Fork Region's homeless population quickly.
